Welcome back to the podcast. In this episode, we are continuing on from last episode where we talked about how to hit 5k months. This episode, we are talking about how to 2x and start hitting 10k and beyond every single month. Okay. So if you haven't listened to the last episode around hitting 5k months, I want you to do that because it covers all the foundations and the fundamentals that I'm assuming you're doing going into this conversation. Okay. Okay. So make sure you listen to that, implement it, come back. Let's keep growing, babe. Okay. So when it comes to 2xing or even 3xing, right? You're making 3k, you're making 5k, you're working with some clients, but you're ready for more. And you don't want to necessarily work more. Or hustle or grind right to do it. We're willing to work hard. We're going to do the work. We're going to do the damn thing, but we want to be smart. Most likely if you are here, you're in my world, maybe your mom, or you're just busy and you just want a life outside of business, or you maybe have chronic illness, things like that. That's my vibe. That's what I specialize in. So this isn't going to be like crazy. Okay. Everything I talk about is what I did, what I currently do, what I help my clients do. And So, almost all my clients, we are working part time. I'm like 10, 12 hours a week at most right now. Okay. So I get it. And that's the lens in which I want you to know that my advice and my strategy is coming from. Okay. So if you want to go from. 3 or 5K months to 10K, 15K months. These are the shifts and the priorities to focus on in order to make that happen. Okay. We're going to dig right in. So like I said, we're making clients, we're making money. How do we go bigger? How do we 2X? How do we 3X? And for most of you, it's going to be about how to scale outside of just one on one. Okay. So we're going to dig into all of that. But first, your top priority. If you're sitting there saying I wanted two to three X at this stage, the top priority is still creating content that is valuable for your ideal client. It's the first thing we talked about on the last episode. So again, if you haven't listened to it, do, but at this stage and honestly, every stage forward, this is your biggest job because if you can show up consistently for your people, you're Everything gets easier. What you do right now has like a three to six month lag honestly, I would say it's less than that even like two to three month lag, but That's where you want to keep the machine going. Okay. So your top priority continues to be creating content that is for your ideal client that is valuable. And most of it is still educational because educational content, helpful content is what's going to get you in front of new people. It's going to get you the comments, the likes, the saves, the shares. So it's still our biggest driver. But at this stage you are working with clients and I'm going to assume these clients are getting good results, right? Because you're continuing to make this money, which means they're probably renewing or they're sharing word of mouth referrals, right? So at this stage I want you to layer in. client case studies, client wins, and there's overlap here, right? Some of this is going to be educational and helpful too, right? But I want you to really specifically start featuring your clients and not just the big ones, not just how my client had a 20 K launch, right? But what are the smaller things? And can you show in depth how your work with the client helped them have this result. Can you paint the picture for my client came in and this is where they were at. And so we got on a hot seat call together. We did this. And then she sent me her Instagram story slides and we did this. And then she did this and then she had this result, right? So we want to really be painting the picture in these client case studies for your involvement. And simultaneously, we want to be hyping the shit out of our clients. Okay. So never do I want you to be like, My client came in and she had no idea what she was doing and she was so lost and she was but Imagine reading that from your mentor like no Thanks. I don't want that right? So we want to make sure we're positioning this in a way where we're also Highlighting why your client kicks ass? So it's like I knew from the moment she came in She was going to absolutely crush the skull because she was committed. She showed up. She knew what she wanted She knew the impact she wanted to make it she was willing to show up and be uncomfortable You That is so much better. Okay. So, and it's also gonna help you attract more of that. Okay. So, be intentional with these client case studies, but I want you to make sure you're adding that into your content as much as possible and then adding in relevant stories. So you know, when you. Go through your own thing. If you invest in a new mentor or a mastermind and you talk about how that stretched you or you make a decision or you did this thing, right? Like talk about those relevant stories as long as they're relevant and always tying it back to your ideal client. And then, you know, loop in here. What, what's different about the way you do things? What's different about your process? What's different about the way you coach or the way you work with your clients? What's different about what you believe? And these don't always have to be like hot takes for the sake of hot takes, but just like genuinely letting people know what's different about you. For me, I am a hands on mentor. I'm not this kind of mentor who's like bragging about my clients being so self led that we never talk. Okay. Do I have some clients that don't engage all the time? Absolutely. Absolutely. That's cool. But my mentorship style and the type of clients I want to attract are clients that are like in mentorship with me. Right. And so I want to make sure that I'm differentiating myself because there are so many people out there who have been burned by mentors and coaches. And I know that about my ideal client. So I want them to know, Hey, maybe you invested tens of thousands of dollars and you got burned. Um, guess what? We're not going to do that here because I am hands on. I'm going to review your stuff. This This is an engaged in the weeds, nitty gritty mentorship style that is different. And so for me, I can talk about that. For me, I can also talk about how I like doing calls, right? Not everyone does. Um, or how maybe a lot of people think they can't do calls in this season of life, but I've found a way that I can, right? Um, or You know, one of my very best friends is all about asynchronous, no calls. Amazing. That's so cool. That's what's different about her work that she can feature, right? And so this isn't about you having to conform into anyone else. It's actually the opposite. What do you naturally do and desire and approach your work differently and let that be your magic and how you stand out. Okay. So leaning into that. So you're still focused on educational, helpful content, but we're layering in client case studies. We're layering in relevant stories of your own and we're layering in the differentiators. Okay. And all of it's looping back into your clients and how it benefits them. But these are some new ways to approach your content. Overall, the audacity continues to flow. You use your voice daily consistency matters. And am I sitting here saying you have to post every day to be successful? No, but if you did, would you grow faster? Definitely. And do you want to consistently show up at least a couple of times in someone's world? Absolutely. A week. So consistency matters to be top of mind. And honestly, at this stage, if you're like, I'm in it, I'm committed. I want to grow. I want to grow quickly. I want to like, I'm all in then. Yeah. Let's fucking do it daily. Okay. Okay. At this stage. Yeah. Let's be consistent. Okay. Yeah. Now. Moving beyond just the content stuff here, let's talk about how we need to change your offer suite because at, at this stage, you've probably been largely focused on your one on one and maybe you've done a couple of the low to low ticket digital products we talked about. Now it's time to layer in a live program. In between. Now, if you're the type of person who's like, I want to do group coaching programs, I want ongoing programs, I want ongoing masterminds, um, or maybe even you want courses. Okay. My recommendation is that whether you're going group coaching or courses doesn't really matter. I want you to start with a live program that has a very clear timeline, anywhere from like two weeks. to like eight weeks. I really don't think you need to go beyond eight weeks most of the time for the way we're doing it. But I want you to do like a live program of whatever it is that you want to be teaching and helping people with. Right. We're trying to take what we're doing one on one and bring it to a group. And so by having this really clear timeline, two to eight weeks, It's going to have tons of natural urgency for people to want to come in and be a part of this live experience. It's also going to validate that your one on one process can work with a group. You can get testimonials, you can bring in some cashflow, and we're going to be able to learn so much. I'll never forget when I started doing my program intuitive execution back in a million years ago. I don't know. Was it 2018, 2019? Maybe, maybe earlier. I don't know. Um, I first launched it as a four week live program. I ended up extending it to six weeks because I realized we needed more time, we needed more space together. So I was able to do that. And then I learned so much about what stood out to people and resonated and the timing and the pace and the cadence. Um, that program was a cohort. So it ended. So that Facebook group got to close. The support promise got to end because I fulfilled it for that timeline. And then I was able to look at that and say, okay, great. Now what do I want to do next? I turned it into an evergreen course. I got to then launch it, but I could then change the support. I could change the cadence. I could also re record and, and drop the content again with everything that I had learned prior. Okay. And I had So in launching it as a course, I now had. Testimonials to back this up. This format works so, so well. So there's a million ways it can evolve too. So maybe you do this live program and they're like, cool. I actually want to go group coaching program. Okay. Then I can help my clients. package up what they've done as a course or part of the group program, and we can launch a group coaching program. But either way, we've now shifted from having only one on one testimonials to validating this can work in a group, getting some testimonials for the group experience. And with actual confidence and data and education and learnings and refinement, we can now go to your end goal. We're not even in goal, right? But like your, your real goal of a group program. But at this stage, I want you to just do those live. Programs. And depending on how this goes, you may decide to actually do it as a cohort. Again, you may decide to package it up as evergreen and do another program as a live cohort. Again, so much personalization here. This is why I love working with my clients in my closer proximity spaces like iconic or legendary, because we can really hone in on your perfect way of executing this. But fundamentally at this stage you have your one on one clients, you have your low ticket digital products. I want you to then do these two to eight week. Live programs to validate this can work as a group. Okay. Bring in testimonials, bring in some cash flow. And then next, when you're trying to go beyond 10 Ks, where you can then shift into coaching programs, evergreen, et cetera. And at this stage, I want you to really master launching and master is a heavy word. I, I hesitate to even incorporate that in my vocabulary these days, but I really want you to work on the skill. I want you to launch this live program. Easy way to do it. Live streams, free masterclasses, the basics work, their basics for a reason. They're the fundamentals because they work again. I don't care what anyone's saying out there about people don't attend masterclasses and live streams. Um, they do. And especially if we're growing, if you can show up live, you're going to have a higher ROI. Okay. So when you can show up live, teach live or do live streams or pitch live, it's just going to really increase know, like, and trust so much faster. It's going to lead to better results. Do you have to do it this way forever? No, but if you're willing to do it. do this and you're all in, let's do it. Okay. Let's just show up live and do it. So, you know, there are a million different ways to launch, but overall I would say do free live streams to pitch or, and, or right. Do free masterclasses where people actually register to come to the free masterclass. Either way you are pitching your new live program at the end. There are special limited time bonuses and you practice this and get better. Okay? But we are launching. Okay? And at this stage, I often see that there are, there's so much like mindset baggage around selling because now we're, we're actually selling something to a group, right? Um, we're not just doing these one on one small conversations in the DMS or on sales calls. This is now like large. launching and putting it out into the world. And so this can often bring up so much weird mindset shit around selling. Okay. You can't worry about that. You can't let it hold you back at this stage. I want you to literally decide that you are going to become the best salesperson. You know, selling is a skill. No one is born with it. Everyone learns it. You'll learn it by putting in the reps. You'll learn it by making pitches that don't convert and working with someone to help you figure out how to make it convert better, how to refine your messaging, how to pitch better. This again, it's just a skill you can learn. Okay. And you can practice, you can get better at it. So decide to become the best salesperson, you know, it will serve you for the entire rest of your business and the entire rest of your life. Let's be honest. Okay. So decide now you're going to become the best salesperson, you know, Forget any of that weird mindset shit holding you back and decide to sell unapologetically. And I know that sounds easier said than done, but I want to change the way you think about selling forever. Right now you are not selling to make money and scam someone and to take something from them. Okay. You are not doing anything wrong. by selling. You are offering, you're a good person. You're here, right? You are a good person who's going to operate from integrity. You're not sitting here being like, how do I scam people out of thousands of dollars? It's not your vibe. You wouldn't be here. You're a good person. Okay. So you are here offering your people a way to accomplish their goals. That is a service. You are offering your people a way to accomplish their goals. That is a service you are providing. That is a gift. That is something you are giving. Own it and sell accordingly. Realize that when you are selling, you're selling an opportunity for people to hit their goals, to accomplish their goals, to have a transformation. That's huge. Own it, own it, embrace it. And when people say view selling as service, this is what it is because you are genuinely helping people and you're just letting them know. They're never going to know you do this otherwise. Own it. Pitch your offers and programs daily. At this stage, honestly and forever, and at this stage in particular, again, we are now branching out into speaking to groups about group programs, right? So messaging and positioning is becoming critical. This is a skill you will always be refining. Messaging is something that even seven and eight figure entrepreneurs are still working on. It becomes way more intuitive. It becomes easier, but it is always the biggest needle, the biggest lever to pull. It's not necessarily adding in more offers. It's not necessarily being on a different platform. Nine times out of 10, it's your messaging and it's your positioning. So this is when we start learning the skill of messaging and refining. When you're talking about your offers, speak to the problems your ideal client knows that they have. And that they actively want to solve. Um, please make your life that easy where you just actually speak to the problems they know they have that they know they want to solve and that they feel compelled to solve right now. You may be able to solve a problem that they know they have, but they may not actually care enough to invest in solving this problem. And guess what? Selling is going to be hard. Okay. What are the problems you can help them solve that they actually want to solve, that they actually feel enough pain, um, that they will invest in. Okay. Bye. Bye. Speak to the person who's ready to invest. You don't need to convince someone that they need a mentor and that they should value mentorship. Speak to the person who already does, right? And so speak to them in their own words and speak to their actual desires. What do they know they want? No one is sitting there being like, I wish I could go to the next level. I wish I could quantum leap, right? I mean, maybe, maybe some people are, but you know, people aren't just like, I'm, I'm so overwhelmed, right? Like let's ditch the fluffy language and let's go for specifics. The more specific you can be in your language, in your messaging, the faster and more easily you will stand out because your dream clients will see the value of your work instantly. They will know it's for them. So be specific and that's going to take some, that's kind of hard. It's hard to articulate in specifics at first. It's hard to get out of the fluffy, out of the features. That's why this is a skill. And that's why working with a mentor on messaging can be a game changer for you. It can be an absolute game changer because working with a mentor who's helping review and refine your messaging, but they also teach you the thought process. That's going to what, that's going to be what makes you good at messaging. is actually learning the thought process and seeing why they're giving you the feedback, and then you implement it and it starts working. And then you start being able to do this yourself. Okay. And that's why at this stage, if you're here trying to 10, you know, two X to get to 10 K months and beyond, it's time to plug into mentorship. If you haven't yet, right before this, maybe you've been in courses doing some self study stuff. Cool. That's great. At this stage, if you're like, I want to have a six figure business, a multi six figure business, a seven figure business. It's time to start acting like it. It's time to plug into mentorship. And I don't just say that to say that the truth is that that is becoming what can move the needle for you faster because it does shift where at some point it's not necessarily more education. It's more personalized training. feedback. It's more reviewing of your work. It's more hands on mentorship. And if you are looking for mentorship at this stage, of course you can go private mentorship. But at this stage, honestly, a group program or a mastermind where there is hands on components, hands on mentorship is incredible because usually in a good program, which is why I designed mine to be this way, you're going to get a combination of support where you're going to get. actual hands on mentorship where the mentor, the coach knows you, knows your business, knows your offers, knows your messaging, can review your shit and give you feedback on it, right? I'm talking hands on. And you're going to get some strategic resources, whether it's curriculum in a program or access to existing programs, right? You're going to get some actual strategic support too, right? So you can go plug in and, uh, get some strategic support on demand, but then you also want to get a community at this stage. Honestly, a community is a game changer. I find myself nine times out of 10, even at the stage I'm at preferring group mentorship, group masterminds because of the opportunity for additional support. Um, connecting with new people, so activating when you're in the right room with the right people. It is very activating, very inspiring, expands what you view as possible, helps you think about your own stuff bigger, but also collaboration is huge, right? Getting in the room with people you can then collaborate with is huge for growing your business and truly building actual friendships. I have friendships to this day that I meant from being in a program with them. Okay? Okay? Thank you. huge and sounds crazy, but in this day and age, that's completely possible. And that's a gift. So this type of mentorship in this program where you're getting all three, you're getting the hands on feedback, you're getting strategic on demand resources, and you're getting a community of others. This combo at this stage of business will absolutely accelerate your growth and it will help you overcome self sabotaging behavior. It will help you move faster, move bigger, think bolder. It's going to be a game changer for you. So, going from 3 5K months to 10 15K months, this can happen quickly. If you have the right mindset. If you have an approach where you're like resilient, because the reality is that you will put out content that flops. You will put out offers that flop. You will have launches that flop. It's just part of the game. But the key is you don't let that slow you down and you don't let that stop you. You keep going, you keep refining, you keep practicing knowing it's going to work out. We still have that audacity, that delusional self confidence from before. We still are our biggest hype person. We were drinking our own Kool Aid. We know we are the shit and we are owning it and we were stepping into that iconic attitude of like, I am the shit, I am the best at what I do. We're going to be resilient even when we do something that maybe doesn't pan out how we want because it's never going to pan out perfectly. If you want to have a profitable business, that's making those 10 K months consistently, that's using your unique magic, right? That's got a simplified approach to business where we can reduce the mental load because let's be honest, Running a business can take a huge mental load. And if you're a mom like me or a busy person like me, our mental load is already pretty limited. So I'm all about simplifying it.
